Postpartum Nutrition & Healing will be held Saturday, April 25 at 12pm EST / 9am PST
In this informative, transformational, and educational workshop, maternal wellness educator Crystal Elliott will incorporate evidence-based postpartum nutrition strategies, restorative nourishment principles, and holistic recovery practices that new parents and birth professionals alike can carry with them beyond the workshop.
Workshop goals:
- Understanding what postpartum depletion is, why postpartum nutrition is the key in healing, and how this causes problems for the new parent
- Identifying key nutrient depletion after birth and how it impacts energy, mood, and healing
- Learning warming, digestible foods that support recovery, milk production, and nervous system regulation
- Creating practical ways that reduce exhaustion and support long-term healing
This workshop is led by Crystal Elliott

Crystal Elliott is a maternal wellness educator, postpartum nutrition advocate, and the founder of The First Two,™ a coordinated care model supporting mothers through the first two years after birth. Her work centers on restoring maternal health through nourishment, education, and community support so mothers feel seen, supported, and like themselves again.
