• Discuss birth control options, preconception, infertility, miscarriage & loss, pregnancy release support and NICU care

• Comfort Measures for Labor
• Compassionate Cesarean

• What to expect at each phase of the process and how to support clients
• Best practices for working with other healthcare providers

In the Doula 101 module you will learn:

• Prenatal and postpartum meetings, parts 1-4
• Working with back-up doulas
• Self-care for the doula

In the live class with your instructor, you will:

• Discuss different strategies for providing prenatal support to your clients
• Working with back-up doulas
• Caring for yourself, before, during and after your client work
• The birth doula's role postpartum

In the Infant Feeding module you will learn:
